Ementa/Descrição:	To study the levels of strategy and the strategic role of operations, covering operations strategies and the decision areas of an operations system, as well as the development and implementation of operations and management strategies. The course will also address resource- and capability- based models, operational audits, and the principles of word-class manufacturing.
